All free shipping orders ship via ground either with Fedex or UPS and will average 5-7 days of transit time. We do offer the option to upgrade to faster delivery once you arrive at checkout.
Freight deliveries for oversized items may take longer. Freight deliveries will typically offer a phone call prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time for delivery to your home or business. Home deliveries are curbside only, meaning you will need to make arrangements to bring your item to your designated area. Some freight companies offer this service for an additional fee.
Any additional services such as "inside delivery", "re-delivery" and "warehousing or stocking fees", which are charged by the shipping company, will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Outdoorplaytoys.com cannot accept responsibility for any additional freight service charges requested by the customer.
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your purchase. Within 1- 3 business days, you will receive a second e-mail confirming the shipment and tracking information for your order.

We will gladly accept your unopened product for return within 30 days of purchase by simply emailing our customer service department at email@example.com..
We stand by all of our products for quality and workmanship, but we cannot accept returns on products that have been used. Only items in its original packaging can be returned for a full refund or exchange, less actual shipping costs we paid. Packages that are opened or items that have been assembled cannot be resold and a 25% restocking fee will apply. You will be notified if a restocking fee is added to your return.
If you have an issue with a faulty product, then please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims or assistance. If you need assistance reaching a manufacturer then please contact a Toy Specialist who will be glad to assist you.
For our over sized products we highly suggest doing a thorough examination of your delivery prior to the trucking company or shipper leaving your home.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on return deliveries and will not be refunded for the shipping cost to ship to them. Shipping is free, which means it is included in the price of the product, but we do have shipping costs for the item - this cost cannot be refunded to the customer if an item is returned and will be deducted from the refund amount.
